Mr. Bryan Wulfsohn, CFA serves as a Senior Vice President at MFA Financial, Inc. Ms. Hanrahan is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Mr. Stephen D. Yarad has been the Chief Financial Officer of MFA Financial, Inc. since September 21, 2010.
