I like how much they care about their staff. they always reach out to see if we are having any issues or need any help with anything in our offices. always offering training and hold weekly meetings to discuss concerns and recognize success.

So much stress. It's commissions ,and hours of dealing with frustrated customers. The only time the immediate manager contacted me was negative ,but all of the positive was ignored.
