Leadership has tendency to pivot wildly, without considering input from experts they hired or work & time that will be lost. CEO does this in particular & it's especially hard since he's almost never around but then kind of flies over & dumps on previous decisions and directions with no regard.

Benefits are very minimal. There's a lot of focus on perks - seems like it's to draw attention away from the bare bones benefits & pay. Stock options also weak = bad since people are asked to work so hard/so much. Vacation is "no policy policy" + a culture of guilting people out of time off.
