Modular Robotics makes robot construction kits made of modular magnetic blocks that can be assembled to create small self-powered robots.
Co-workers are exceedingly savvy, smart, effective, and creative
Leadership has tendency to pivot wildly, without considering input from experts they hired or work & time that will be lost. CEO does this in particular & it's especially hard since he's almost never around but then kind of flies over & dumps on previous decisions and directions with no regard.
Benefits are very minimal. There's a lot of focus on perks - seems like it's to draw attention away from the bare bones benefits & pay. Stock options also weak = bad since people are asked to work so hard/so much. Vacation is "no policy policy" + a culture of guilting people out of time off.

Tell Modular Robotics you're interested in working at the company, while keeping your personal identity anonymous. Comparably will give Modular Robotics the opportunity to hire you. When there's a job opening that's a fit we'll make the match happen.
