I think the greatest reason to work here is that its not your typical financial business. You have a lot of say in how things work and what changes can be implemented. No stuffiness.

My pay is not on par with average salaries by title or location. The business does not do a good job of recognition outside of sales.

I like the new leadership team that the company has brought in. Everyone is excited for growth and ready to think outside the box and tackle big problems related to growth and expansion.

I don't think the company has quite figured out the right balance after Covid/return to work. I think because the company has penny-pinched for so long they don't know how to properly pay existing employees to industry standard.
