What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly people, tight knit community feel.
I love the passion the employees have. And the fact that we recognize we're all human. Yes, someone in finance is mad about the budget, but they're "work" mad. They understand that we're a team and at the end of the day, we love each other. While it is serious work we do, we respect eachother.
