  • Absolutely not, I’m aware that in the past this has been a concern voiced from certain departments that Ryan hovered too closely in the day to day and it left a nasty taste for some. My experience has been the opposite. Ryan maintains a very hands-off approach and allows the other members of the executive team to control their sphere of influence.

  • Our Sales team is incredibly gifted. We're often working because there are always questions or needs from a prospect, and it's our responsibility to own that relationship and see it develop into a partnership. MX is GREAT at allowing for time for your family, health, vacation, etc. But we all have a founder's mindset when it comes to our opportunities.
