Oracle stock is great and has done well. Overall, compensation is a little low, but so are expectations. An easy job if you want it to be. Worth the pay.
NetSuite has an overinflated opinion of itself compared to other companies and products. It's riding on past successes but hasn't kept pace with other successful companies and may start to lose marketshare in the near future. They're overconfidence may be part of their downfall.

Company needs to learn to study. It's ok to learn from other's successes and to study how this work is done vs. inventing your own way for everything. I saw many new hires who had much better understanding of modern process than veterans who were picked to lead them. It's ok to hire outside experts.
