They all wear matching coveralls the first Tuesday of every month! Moral Booster!
Leadership was visible and present
The leadership team is constantly making sure everyone feels good about their day to day experience. They truly want everyone to succeed and provide us the resources and tools to do such.

Leading. Regularly we were encouraged to lead from the bottom but weren't supported by those at the top. Most managers I interacted with were terrified of taking on anything outside of their tiny silo. Huge disconnect between management and the actual problems and issues experienced by producers.
Chub UFC’s. High. Hug.
Mentoring and letting you teach of bit
remove favoritism even if it would mean firing certain people.
The bonus is nice and fun
I like the fancy gateway options and the fact my password is sixteen alphanumeric characters.. SUPER SECURE
Insurance coverage and rssp contribution
opportunity to earn sales commission
excellent medical coverage and flexible shedule
I do not feel undervalued
Its ok but it could be better
There are lots of chnages on the compensation and benefits. Recruitment and management are not alligned.
Level it based on the work requirements, there are change most of the time
stock compensation needs to be part of the package
Such a great learning environment as a new consultant! You have to ask questions and get assistance from more tenured consultants in order to grow in this position, and they're always willing to help.
Kind caring people at my level
All are dedicated and knowledgeable
Some are helpful, but it's super competitive, so a lot of people don't want to help as much
Really smart global team that supports each other and collaborates well.
Culture lacks accountability. work is not results driven, so good attempts and likable personalities = success.
We aren't working together, it's more like everyone works for themselves and only in a way to please the higher management ignoring the quality and sustainability.
There is no diversity at all.

inclusivity and flexibility is common
That you get connected with
The people around you makes you stay in the company
Company needs to learn to study. It's ok to learn from other's successes and to study how this work is done vs. inventing your own way for everything. I saw many new hires who had much better understanding of modern process than veterans who were picked to lead them. It's ok to hire outside experts.
Equal pay, removal of favoritism , getting rid of incompetent people
Favoritism in regards to race.
Review from Sales Dept
Expectations were clear and tied directly to the job functions
That it was fairly friendly
The recruiter is straight forward on the role
The recruiter updates me on the result asap
met with different people from various teams
More cashews hotdogs and beef jerky.
Be honest. When folks realize that some of the promises made during the interview process were exaggerations or half-truths, they become disgruntled and may just quit.
Remote work, autonomy, flexibility, flex time

Smart colleagues, interesting projects, great product.
That gives salary to me
NetSuite has an overinflated opinion of itself compared to other companies and products. It's riding on past successes but hasn't kept pace with other successful companies and may start to lose marketshare in the near future. They're overconfidence may be part of their downfall.
environment is getting more and more toxic, being good at work means being an eyesore to everyone who tries to keep the performance low to not look bad in the eyes of the management.
Hire a more diverse team.

Alignment on the compensation and benefits, high attrition rate resulting to burn out on those people who keeps on holding on
