What are some of the best things about your team?
Such a great learning environment as a new consultant! You have to ask questions and get assistance from more tenured consultants in order to grow in this position, and they're always willing to help.
Kind caring people at my level
All are dedicated and knowledgeable
Some are helpful, but it's super competitive, so a lot of people don't want to help as much

Culture lacks accountability. work is not results driven, so good attempts and likable personalities = success.
We aren't working together, it's more like everyone works for themselves and only in a way to please the higher management ignoring the quality and sustainability.
There is no diversity at all.
