Alignment between account owners and delivery. Cohesiveness and collaboration. There is too much back stabbing
Lots of training available, many employee resource groups however difficult to find time to embrace these resources
Minimal salary adjustment between grade bands. Annual raises are rare. Often times tight parameters set around available increase pools which limit awards. Managers and mid level management has zero decision making authority
