There is no pressure at workplace
Transformative vision, growth focused, trying to be more market competitive
Vision for the future is positive
Leadership team had no idea of changes ate whats needed. Too many cooks in the kitchen cause confusion on the plan.
They exhibit high performance standards and expect the same from employees. They are fair-minded and flexible in dealing with the personal needs of employees, and are friendly and professional in all communications.

Nothing - we need a dynamic leadership - which we don't have now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should avoid doing false promises
Have some idea of the tasks and tools their Frontline workers use daily.
NTT Data has done a fraud with me by not paying my salary for 1 month. I gave proper resignation and still NTT Data HR and Payroll Team did a fraud with me by not paying my 1 month salary of September. My NTT Data Portal ID is: 316413. Subramani from Payroll team refused to pay my salary.

Better at listening to employees. Pay us more (a lot more) for the work we do. And have better training/hiring process. Just in general, be better at everything. The managers here have never done the work we do so they have no clue what it takes to run the team.
