What did you like most about the interview process?
I joined back in 2017, so it was a different company then. NTT bought our company and destroyed our culture. Back before NTT, the interview process was fine.

it should be more refined enough. If you want a candidate to join don't offer at last moment. If your company is good enough candidate will join your company even if you offer three monts before joining.

The whole process. Very organized.
While I have to admit that my interview was prior to our merger but I enjoyed the opportunity to sit with a panel of managers from different teams. It allowed me to see how the department I was interviewing for is part of a bigger company.

More in person, less distracted "Zoom" calls!

Takes awhile for feedback and next steps
NTT Data has done a fraud with me by not paying my salary for 1 month. I gave proper resignation and still NTT Data HR and Payroll Team did a fraud with me by not paying my 1 month salary of September. My NTT Data Portal ID is: 316413. Subramani from Payroll team refused to pay my salary.
