What did you like most about the interview process?I joined back in 2017, so it was a different company then. NTT bought our company and destroyed our culture. Back before NTT, the interview process was fine.
What are some of the best things about your team?Coworkers are great. We are all feeling the same pressure, so we bond and understand each other's frustrations. Employees at my level are great to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensations are below industry standards
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?there is very little appreciation for a job well done. Haphazard and low productivity isn't dealt with, and that leaves the necessity of keeping up with demand on the shoulders of a few.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They become dependent on the best producer in the department, so much of their time is spent avoiding being productive.
