There is no pressure at workplace
Transformative vision, growth focused, trying to be more market competitive
Vision for the future is positive
Leadership team had no idea of changes ate whats needed. Too many cooks in the kitchen cause confusion on the plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance bonus average paid to higher grade employees.
I like the company . Pay could be be better
The PTO is fair, however, scheduling time off becomes incredibly difficult when there is never enough staff available to compensate for the time one is gone.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are great. We are all feeling the same pressure, so we bond and understand each other's frustrations. Employees at my level are great to work with.

the people who get the beenfits of the place i work out of as a contractor, i'm truly made to feel like less of a person because of how much less I get out of the same workplace since I'm a ntt contractor as opposed to a full time employee

What did you like most about the interview process?
I joined back in 2017, so it was a different company then. NTT bought our company and destroyed our culture. Back before NTT, the interview process was fine.
