NTT DATA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Performance bonus average paid to higher grade employees.

I like the company . Pay could be be better

The PTO is fair, however, scheduling time off becomes incredibly difficult when there is never enough staff available to compensate for the time one is gone.

Business and work from Oyo state

Fair and competitive salary, decent bonuses.

Compensation is within norms for my position and locale, and there is also a generous bonus program.

Competitive with other company packages within the industry.

low bonus 3000k yearly and 2% hike

Fixed , variable and joining bonus

Compensation is given based on skills and your contribution to work

Medical insurance is the best part

Market related and competitive package

I think our saving fund its a great support for us

Review from IT Dept

Free medical and dental for insurance

overall benefits and variable pay, rating.

Review from IT Dept

There are a lot to mention

It adequate, but in now way outstanding.

I have stage 4 cancer and thanks to my benefits I am receiving the best care.

Review from IT Dept

The vertical sales teams and the specialty sales teams are not competing for a share of the same commission. Both get credit for deals and are compensated separately so that there are no commission-split surprises after the deal is booked.

Competitive salary, well communicated reviews

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensations are below industry standards

If you work here, expect your real salary to decrease year over year. Top performers receive raises below inflation rates, and the company will withhold 401k contributions to make sure their shareholders see a number go up.

Pay was never evaulted to market once merger happened

I work with people who get great benefits and work life balance but I have none of that in the same building because I'm a contractor

Meet the market standards, more oppotunities to have earning potential

Higher compsnwtion and bills aaa

I have been promised multiple incentives and when i over produce from what they are asking from me. I dont get rewarded

Salary for most long-term employees does not match the industry standard. Personal skill improvements are not recognized in the current system. The company has a policy that prevents a multi pay grade salary increase. As you improve your talents, the company will not match with a salary bump.

apart from cash compensation give perks. Office should have facilities for employees if you are calling them to work from office. HR processes, operating processes should be more matured.

Review from Engineering Dept

the payment level are distinct on each branch offices in the same country.

LEAST bothere in hikes for all

Review from IT Dept

meet salary expectation for employee

There is no basis for determination of compensation - if you threaten to leave, you will be paid what you demand, else you can work like a donkey but no one will acknowledge the hard work.

i am waiting for a salary leveling

Minimal salary adjustment between grade bands. Annual raises are rare. Often times tight parameters set around available increase pools which limit awards. Managers and mid level management has zero decision making authority

CTC is low and below market standard

Yes. The compensation is less.

Review from IT Dept

Better quality health and dental insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

Where I work, Luxembourg, my wage is 25% below the national average for my job.

Review from Engineering Dept

A very toxic environment to work
