there is very little appreciation for a job well done. Haphazard and low productivity isn't dealt with, and that leaves the necessity of keeping up with demand on the shoulders of a few.
NTT Data has done a fraud with me by not paying my salary for 1 month. I gave proper resignation and still NTT Data HR and Payroll Team did a fraud with me by not paying my 1 month salary of September. My NTT Data Portal ID is: 316413. Subramani from Payroll team refused to pay my salary.

Our back-office systems are functional but antiquated. Its sometimes more difficult than it should be to make changes to benefits, get answers from HR, file expense reports, work with the Performance Management system, etc.
More female leadership and diversity.
