Mr. Peter T. Dameris has been the Chief Executive Officer of On Assignment, Inc. since September 28, 2004. Mr. Dameris serves as Services Executive Partner of Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC. Mr. Michael C. Payne has been Senior Vice President of Shared Services at On Assignment, Inc. since July 2003. Mr. Payne has been the Chief Information Officer of On Assignment, Inc. since July 2003. Mr. Payne joined On Assignment in April of 2003 as Vice President of the Information Technology group. From June 1999 to April 2003, Mr. Payne managed the technology group supporting the recorded music and publishing companies of Warner Music Group and Warner Chappell as Vice President--Development and Deputy Chief Information Officer. He served as a member of the Chief Information Officer council of AOL Time Warner focusing on post-merger synergies and cross-channel development of numerous web properties. Mr. Payne managed multiple shared service teams focused on packaged software implementations (Oracle and PeopleSoft) along with Internet Business Development, Digital Supply Chain and Product Delivery and several new media marketing projects. From April 1997 to June 1999, he served as a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Payne managed the re-engineering effort and deployed a new business system and service center at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory to support NASA's space exploration missions. He also was responsible for the professional services of the West Coast Oracle service line. His professional experience also includes over 10 years with Nestle USA (Carnation Company) in a variety of Engineering and IT Management roles, including the deployment of a home video worldwide manufacturing and distribution system for Technicolor. Mr. Theodore S. Hanson, also known as Ted, has been President of On Assignment, Inc. since December 2016. Mr. Hanson served as the President of Lab Support Division of On Assignment, Inc. since January 2014 until January 3, 2017. Mr. Hanson served as Executive Vice President at On Assignment, Inc. since January 27, 2016 until January 03, 2017 and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Apex Systems, Inc. since May 2012. Mr. Randolph C. Blazer, also known as Rand, serves as the President at Apex Randolph at On Assignment, Inc. Prior to joining CyberCoders, Mr. Lamb served as Vice President of Field Operations from 2006 to 2013 for Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. Previously, he served as the Regional Director for California and Hawaii at ManpowerGroup, Inc., where he earned the company-wide Director of the Year award. Ms. Jennifer Hankes Painter has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of On Assignment, Inc. since October 13, 2015. Ms. Painter seved as Vice President and General Counsel of On Assignment, Inc. since June 03, 2013 until October 13, 2015. Ms. Painter served as Vice President and General Counsel at MRV Communications Inc. from February 2009 to May 28, 2013, Chief Compliance Officer since July 2009 and as its Secretary until May 28, 2013. Ms. Painter served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Rybrook Holdings Limited from 2004 to 2008, where she was responsible for its regulatory compliance, corporate governance, financings and general corporate and employment law. She served as Vice President and General Counsel at Cadiz Inc., from 2001 to 2004 and served as its Secretary. At Cadiz, she had been responsible for domestic and international finance and contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, litigation and intellectual property issues. Mr. Scott Beyer has been Chief Strategy Officer of On Assignment, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Beyer is responsible for On Assignment's market intelligence and strategy development functions. Mr. Beyer serves as Vice President of Strategy & Marketing at Oxford Global Resources, Inc. Mr. Beyer joined Oxford Global Resources, a subsidiary of On Assignment, in December 2000 as Vice President of Strategy & Marketing. He developed results-driven marketing programs founded on business analytics and customer feedback and led its growth into new markets. Prior to On Assignment, Mr. Beyer was in charge of the Vanguard Group's Institutional Investor Business Intelligence team. Before Vanguard, he was Vice President of Operations for MTI Information Technologies, a marketing consulting firm located outside Philadelphia, PA and held increasingly senior positions during his tenure at The Franklin Mint in Pennsylvania and London, England. He is a community leader, serving on various boards of directors including the YMCA of the North Shore and Project Adventure. Mr. Beyer holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lafayette College and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
