I find our leadership team be be approachable and available if I have concerns or ideas that I would like to bring forward to them.

I think we have a good group insurance package and every year I do feel like I receive a base compensation that is in line with the market.

A lot of us have been working together a long time, so you form a really good bond. I dont feel like there is any competition and everyone supports each other.

I love flexibility they have provided through out Covid to work from home, but I also enjoy going in every one in awhile to meet up with coworkers. Online provides a good work life balance.
