What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very welcoming and an overall joy at the office.
The company tries to accommodate my professional interests in the project placements and to create opportunities for professional development in any related to IT and consultant area. Communication in all levels is open and comfortable. The initiatives are welcomed

My rating on environment being negative is NOT at online. My current work environment is at a client site and the moral is not good at this time. The positive at at Online, is that I have an assigned career mentor to talk things through to stay positive in the clients environment.

Diverse culture and supportive in nature. Friendly environment and can be adjusted as per employee's situation - Work remotely, work in the office, hybrid work, work outside province or country (need to follow a process though to work outside current location but is not difficult process)
