In my 35 years of working, this is the best experience I've had at a company, and second place is not even close.

Fantastic! Everyone in the company cares about everyone's success and especially the client/customer's success, Online is single minded about client success and customer satisfaction. Every employee is passionate about the customer and does their very best to meet the needs of the customer.

I have enjoyed my time at Online. I see a lot of professional growth potential for me based on the effort I put in. I would like to see more diversity at the senior executive level. The executive should mirror what the works force looks like; which is rich in culture and 50% women.

The salaries are on the lower side of the industry range even though, as a consultants, we have to do more than a regular employees and to be very strong professionals.

Make wages better in line with the "ACTUAL" rising costs and not from a standard general raise model

Last couple of years there were a big increase in salaries in the industry, partially due to the inflation and partially due to remote work possibilities. The company did not address this increase in a full range. I know that, today, I can get much higher salary outside the company.

I believe based on what I bring to Clients and also amount client is billed for my services, I am not paid enough. Also based on industry standards and inflation.
