Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salaries are on the lower side of the industry range even though, as a consultants, we have to do more than a regular employees and to be very strong professionals.

open communication in all levels, welcome initiatives, offering help with professional and personal difficulties, encouraging to professional and personal development. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow, opportunities to change the career path
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The industry salaries increased a lot in the past few years. This increase is not reflected my salary. It feels like people who joining company now, join the company with much higher salaries than long time employees get.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company tries to accommodate my professional interests in the project placements and to create opportunities for professional development in any related to IT and consultant area. Communication in all levels is open and comfortable. The initiatives are welcomed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last couple of years there were a big increase in salaries in the industry, partially due to the inflation and partially due to remote work possibilities. The company did not address this increase in a full range. I know that, today, I can get much higher salary outside the company.
