Mr. Clarence H. Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Haverty Furniture Companies Inc. since May 2002. Mr. Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of Haverty Furniture Companies Inc. from May 2000 to January 2003 and served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager of lStores from 1996 to 2000. He has been the Chairman of Haverty Furniture Companies Inc. since August 2012 and has been its Director since 1989. Mr. Grassmyer served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Duck Head Apparel Company since December 1999. Mr. Grassmyer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Duck Head Apparel Company division of Delta Woodside since February 1998. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Duck Head Apparel Company division from August 1992 to February 1998. He joined Duck Head Apparel in 1990. Mr. Grassmyer is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of financial experience in both the public and private sectors. He served five years in public accounting at Ernst & Young, LLC. Mr. Grassmyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University and attended the Clemson MBA program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington & Lee University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tom Campbell serves as the Executive Vice President - People & Technology of Oxford Industries. Tom currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.
