Because I do more work than my employees, but I get paid the least. I wish everyone's pay was the same

Gained good experience as an early career refinery engineer, getting to learn through different roles/assignments but disappointed in outlook of future opportunities and the company culture which is lacking in employee development and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Miserable, work too much, upper management is awful, not enough compensation, great coworkers
