Need new management. Certain people in charge are totally unqualified and out of their league.
What's the work from home policy like at RCN Capital?
You don't. It's not offered.
If there is snow, they might let you.
There are a couple "trusted people" who do work remotely.

There are serious management issues at the upper level. Fix them asap.

Bad. Expect you to be in office all the time. PTO is less than competitors. Sick days are separate from PTO so you get stiffed on those.

Could be much better. I have heard some horror stories of people taking days off - as in PTO then being asked to work ... without comp...
