Everyone works together! Even though people work in different departments there is a lot of overlap between departments so everyone is always so outgoing to help others reach their goals

The interviewer was very open and honest about what they are looking for and what they would expect from an employee. The interview process though it was thorough, it was very laid back. They made you feel welcome on the interview.

Being able to be a part of company that affects peoples lives and their business in a positive way. Our main goal is to help our users obtain their goals so it is incredibly satisfying seeing our users reach their goals using our software!

Our leadership is very outgoing, generous, and caring. They bring so much excitement to the workplace and always have time to speak with any employee in the company. They are very transparent in what we need to do as company to accomplish our goals.

Everyone on our teams aligns with our company culture. Everyone knows what their job is and works hard to get it completed. Also, every team member has a open door policy so it is very easy to talk to any other co-worker for help, questions, ideas, etc.

Our company covers a very large portion of our health benefits, along with bonus opportunities if goals are met, 3 week paid sabbatical on top of our unlimited amount of PTO. Not to mention they will pay for 2 plane tickets for anywhere you want to go in the world for your sabbatical
