Flexible PTO. There are no limits on the amount of time taken off as long as you are getting your job done.

Our company covers a very large portion of our health benefits, along with bonus opportunities if goals are met, 3 week paid sabbatical on top of our unlimited amount of PTO. Not to mention they will pay for 2 plane tickets for anywhere you want to go in the world for your sabbatical
