What did you like most about the interview process?
The process was relaxed and comfortable allowing me to stay confident and form an immediate connection.
You don't feel the usual old dry, robotic ways of interviewing. You won't feel pressure, like opportunities are being closed as you walk in. Very welcoming here!
No whiteboard or written tests
It was challenging and fast paced
Casual and honest questions, genuine interactions.
The opportunity that was presented to me.
it was not intimidating, daunting, or overwhelming. The hiring managers created a casual and breathable atmosphere which took out nervousness. I was able to be myself and answer/ask all the questions with total confidence.
Face to face with the CEO so I could get the vision of the company first.
Getting to know leadership and the company
It was casual and made me feel like I could relax and not be overly nervous like I am during most interviews.
They make you feel comfortable.
Creativity. We hire for very specific roles and we interview to get very specific answers. I thought it was very tailored to not how i would fit the role but how i would run the business if I was the owner.
I felt very at ease. It was not high pressure.
The interviewer was very open and honest about what they are looking for and what they would expect from an employee. The interview process though it was thorough, it was very laid back. They made you feel welcome on the interview.
