It's liberating and everyone is respectful although we have very different beliefs

We are encouraged to live happy lifes and while work is a big factor in the equation, we are constantly reminded of how important it is to balance other aspects and not be consumed by work. Family values are important and in a way the company functions like a big family.

Very little tension or pressure. Most people just want to work hard and play hard.

Family friendly atmosphere. Management encourages the team to take time off to spend with their family. Time off provided for all major holiday's.

I touched on this before, but having a company that encourages both personal and business growth is really exciting. We are constantly asked out opinions or ideas on making both our product, and our company as a whole, better.

We work half day Fridays(9am-Noon) during the Summer & no dress code. But most impressive is our new Flex Personal Time Off. This means as long as you're getting your work done, there is no cap on your number of personal days off.

Everyone works together! Even though people work in different departments there is a lot of overlap between departments so everyone is always so outgoing to help others reach their goals

I'm very grateful for the amount of flexibility the company culture affords its employees.

Outside of the vision of the company itself, there is a definite focus on internal hiring and internal promotion to help people progress in their careers. I've seen many people start as customer support reps work and become developers with training help at Realeflow.

Everyone supports each other. We are there for each other. Everyone shows a lot of support. Also, there is a lot of transparency, which prevents the positivity from feeling contrived.

We love what we do, we work directly with clients and we create really awesome and unique work flows for our marketing projects
