We work half day Fridays(9am-Noon) during the Summer & no dress code. But most impressive is our new Flex Personal Time Off. This means as long as you're getting your work done, there is no cap on your number of personal days off.
Everyone works together! Even though people work in different departments there is a lot of overlap between departments so everyone is always so outgoing to help others reach their goals

I touched on this before, but having a company that encourages both personal and business growth is really exciting. We are constantly asked out opinions or ideas on making both our product, and our company as a whole, better.
Family friendly atmosphere. Management encourages the team to take time off to spend with their family. Time off provided for all major holiday's.
