Reltio is an amazing company that creates a SaaS MDM Platform that solves big problems for all companies. Great culture and a CEO who truly cares about his employees and put the customer at the core of everything we do.
Salary, benefits and unlimited leave
Many are very responsive and collaborate well. Due to resource constraints, some teams are overwhelmed, so less responsive.
All positive feedback, 5 months in. Mgmt walks the talk regarding PTO and co-workers are bright and engaged. Great benefits, great product. Typical growing pains but mgmt is aware and works to address things. Truly a gem.

Difficult to balance
As good as anyone is willing to make it. There's a lot of work, if there is no balance it is not because we are being pressured to work. Balance is in fact encouraged
