Salary, benefits and unlimited leave
Many are very responsive and collaborate well. Due to resource constraints, some teams are overwhelmed, so less responsive.
All positive feedback, 5 months in. Mgmt walks the talk regarding PTO and co-workers are bright and engaged. Great benefits, great product. Typical growing pains but mgmt is aware and works to address things. Truly a gem.

As good as anyone is willing to make it. There's a lot of work, if there is no balance it is not because we are being pressured to work. Balance is in fact encouraged
