Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The C-Suite at Reltio is open, honest, and very transparent. All are very well experienced in working with growth companies and doing what is right to make sure the company is doing everything we can to make our customers successful.
Management seems to be a mixed bag of good and not so good. Haven't been there long enough to have worked with many, so remains to be seen. After previous CEO left, some other top managers immediately left. General consensus internally is this is positive.
They are experts, approachable, transparent, interesting, and kind.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many health plans to choose from with 100% company paid benefits for healthcare.
Everyone gets equity in the company, unlimited PTO, great health, dental, and vision plans 100% of monthly premiums paid by Reltio.
Salary, benefits and unlimited leave
Many choices for health insurance, most choices have premiums (even family) entirely covered by company. Pay/benefits administration is handled well. Pay in line with market.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates are bright, friendly, and helpful - to colleagues and customers.
Many are very responsive and collaborate well. Due to resource constraints, some teams are overwhelmed, so less responsive.
Supportive, helpful, humorous, intelligent, skilled, diverse, team oriented, humble
Easy to get along with and always helpful
Productive, fun and together we figure it out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sense of we're all in this together. Team members are very supportive on each other, in my experience so far. Members strive to "be kind" and respectful. You mostly feel appreciated, until it comes to wages.
People are not shamed and even encouraged to have a life outside of work. People pick up kids from school, exercise, and don't always work through lunch. Unlimited PTO is used by mgmt and encouraged for employees. More like telling than requesting PTO days.
The management is not toxic
Everyone at Reltio is helpful, kind and super smart
Very clearly defined core values, which map to actionable goals, and ways in which we should all interact with each other, customers, and partners

The people who interviewed are welcoming, asked thoughtful and insightful questions, and you can tell that they truly enjoy working at Reltio.

What makes you most happy at work?
There's a lot of effort going into improving the company, the products, and especially the customers' experience. Staff are constantly exposed to opportunities to grow and learn.
Knowing I am trusted and supported even if I makes mistakes
Learning and being encouraged to chase my goals within the company
I love the people and the continuous improvement we see when we work together as a team
