RxAdvance – They need to have better customer service. They read from scripts and don't offer solutions when you try to explain you have done everything they tell you to do. They just repeat the script all over again. Not sure why any company would do business with them except they have to be cheap.

Disappointing -- each Accelerator's staff is treated like hired mercenaries. Unlike a sales role, however, there is no additional compensation or benefits for performance. If an accelerator partner doesn't renew their contract, the entire staff is laid off. Also, knowledge is not shared.
