Mr. Paul F. Lizzul, M.D., Ph.D., M.P.H., M.B.A., FAAD has been Chief Medical Officer at Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 2016. Dr. Lizzul has been Medical Director at Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since August 2012. Dr. Lizzul has a broad depth of knowledge and experience in both clinical and bench research and medical practice. He served as Senior Medical Director, Head of Safety at Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. and program lead for setipiprant (PGD2 inhibitor for AGA) at Kythera from August 2012 until it was acquired by Allergan in October 2015. Dr. Lizzul has authored articles in academic journals on topics including inflammation, psoriasis, aesthetics (Kybella) and health care reform. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a faculty member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). He holds leadership positions within the national dermatology community and also held the distinction of serving on the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Dermatology and Ophthalmic Drugs Advisory Committee. Prior to joining KYTHERA, Dr. Lizzul served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Associate Director of Clinical Research at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Lizzul is a volunteer member of the teaching faculty in the Department of Dermatology at University of California, Los Angeles School of Medicine. Dr. Lizzul completed post-graduate medical internship at Greenwich Hospital, Yale University School of Medicine and his dermatology residency at the University of California. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received his M.D., Ph.D. degrees in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology and M.P.H. in Epidemiology/Outcomes from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Lizzul holds M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Rutgers Business School and is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, including appointment to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) academic leadership program, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) mentorship award, the Dr. Alan Scott Research Award from the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery (ASCDAS), a Gallo award for outstanding Cancer Research and recipient of NIH training grants.

Ms. Diane Stroehmann, M.S., R.A.C. has been Chief of Staff and Head of Regulatory Affairs & Quality at Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since January 2016. Ms. Stroehmann served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Quality at Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2013 until it was acquired by Allergan in October 2015. From 2004 to August 2013, she held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at Medicis, a life sciences company, where she served as the Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs from February 2010 to August 2013. At Medicis, Ms. Stroehmann was involved in a number of product approvals in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, including Solodyn, Vanos, Dysport and Restylane. She was responsible for numerous filings, including the approval of NDAs for Vanoz, Ammonul, Ziana and Solodyn and the BLA./NDS for Dysport in the U.S. and Canada. She received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a M.S. in Regulatory Affairs from San Diego State University.

Dr. Todd Harris, Ph.D., is a Founder of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (Formerly, Sienna Labs, Inc.) and has been its Head of Corporate Development since January 29, 2016. Dr. Harris served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since July 2010 until January 29, 2016 and served as its President since January 29, 2016. He has worked at the interface of R&D and commercialization of pharmaceutical and medical products for over 10 years. Prior to Sienna Labs, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Health Care Practice Division where he served large and small companies to creatively unlock hidden value in development assets and successfully navigate the path to commercialization. Prior to McKinsey, he was NIH fellow and doctoral student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he developed novel medical technologies for targeting, detecting and treating complex diseases. He has been Director of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2010. He received a BS in Engineering from Brigham Young University, MS in Bioengineering from the University of California, San Diego and a PhD in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Majed Kheir serves as the Vice President Operations of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals. Majed started at Sienna Biopharmaceuticals in Jan of 2016. Majed currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Caroline Hove serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals. Caroline currently resides in the Orange County, California Area.

Ryan Irvine serves as the Vice President, Head of Scientific and Medical Affairs of Sienna Biopharmaceuticals. Ryan currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
