The culture and benefits we receive already make it the best and most fulfilling place to work. I am sure this will happen down the road but a better health insurance plan and adding a 401k would definitely make Skipio the most attractive offer out there.

Following up and letting me know where I am at in the process. Not letting the progression of the interview pass through the cracks and just keeping everyone on the same page. Skipio is fantastic but could improve communication internally and to the candidate during the interview process.

They have become my friends. We all support each other and truly excited as we are all having success. I look forward to going to work and feel energized when I leave because of the fulfillment with my team and the work I am doing. My team is inspiring and have become life long friends.

I come in and just feel happy to see everyone. I am inspired by the people I work with and I genuinely feel that they love and support me. I feel I can do my best in this culture and my team always helps me even when I am having an off day. Skipio is such a happy place to work.
