How secure do you feel at your job at Skipio?

Right now I feel secure. A few months ago not so much. I had a leader in the company approach me and ask some forward questions about where I want to be and if Skipio was really the right place for me. . . but they never followed up with me on that encounter like they said they were going to. . . They never helped me find a spot to grow. The whole situation was uncomfortable and made me think that they were considering letting me go.

They offer PTO, medical benefits, and provide lunch 3 times a week for us, and breakfast once a week. Plus lots of yummy snacks that never run out.

How are the career growth opportunities on the Operations team at Skipio?
Skipio provides an incredible opportunity for growth. I am a prime example of that. I started in sales, and transferred to the support team because of a few shifts happening in the company. From there, I was able to display my proficiency in operations and analytics and moved to the finance team, dev team, and worked closely with the marketing team. I now over see operations and analytics with two other team members. Both of them started in support and grew into these roles.
