Most of us work 30-40 + hours a week.

They are so fun to work with. Great people!

It's wonderful. I work with the best people in the world.

How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Skipio?
It was a positive experience besides having to wait a couple of weeks to hear back from them.
What should I wear for an interview at Skipio?

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Skipio?
I met with Wyn first. He is our strengths coach. It took me like 2 or 3 weeks to hear back. . . which is a long time in my opinion.
How would you compare interviewing at Skipio to other places you've interviewed?
I loved it because Skipio had me take a strengths assessment and my interview was based around my top 5 strengths.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Skipio asks?
I have no clue.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Customer Support department at Skipio?
I'm not sure. We are now starting to have them take a grammar assessment.
How flexible is your work schedule at Skipio?
They are very easy to work with if I need to adjust my hours.
What does the ideal candidate in the Customer Support department look like at Skipio?
Someone with good communication/grammar skills and can constantly smile.

I didn't get asked any because I was interviewing for a different position when I got hired on.
How helpful was your Customer Support team when you were first hired at Skipio?
Very helpful!
What's the work from home policy like at Skipio?
They are very open to letting you work from home if needed. No strict policy there.
What's the internship program like at Skipio?
As of the last few months we have started to focus more on interns. We are working on building out a program and we just had a Skipio "Super Day" where we hosted almost 100 people to come check out the place and get interviewed. We also gave them some swag.
How does Skipio handle HR issues?
We have an HR guy we can go talk to if needed.

We haven't.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Customer Support department at Skipio?
A variety of skills. Communication skills, grammar, time management, relationship building and more.
How are layoffs handled in the Customer Support department at Skipio?
They are handled professionally.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Customer Support team at Skipio?
For a long time there was no "growth" opportunity but as of late we have had a new customer support director outline a succession plan for us and it is promising.
