HSA matching and flexibility to take time off
The best part is the fact that my commission isn't capped at a specific limit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the moment it's a simple matter of being underpaid for the tasks and duties I'm responsible for. What would make me feel better is being paid similar to other professionals with my same experience and skills in the industry.
The culture and benefits we receive already make it the best and most fulfilling place to work. I am sure this will happen down the road but a better health insurance plan and adding a 401k would definitely make Skipio the most attractive offer out there.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We believe in looking for what other people do best and giving them opportunities to do their best work.
People take a genuine interest in each other's work tasks as well as the things that matter to them outside of work. That's not a necessity of good teammates and coworkers, but it certainly doesn't hurt. We all believe in the success of each other.
Everyone is just as concerned about the success of individuals at the company as they are the success of the company itself.
The energy that we feel about the future. We are still a young company, but we feel that we have a really promising future.

The opportunity to take the strengths assessment
The people in the interview process were very interested in getting to know me and I was treated like a real person, not just one of many potential candidates that they had to get through interviewing.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Following up and letting me know where I am at in the process. Not letting the progression of the interview pass through the cracks and just keeping everyone on the same page. Skipio is fantastic but could improve communication internally and to the candidate during the interview process.
