The people in the interview process were very interested in getting to know me and I was treated like a real person, not just one of many potential candidates that they had to get through interviewing.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Following up and letting me know where I am at in the process. Not letting the progression of the interview pass through the cracks and just keeping everyone on the same page. Skipio is fantastic but could improve communication internally and to the candidate during the interview process.
