I feel like they care about the team, and actively work to protect and help their team do better work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The weekly & daily morning standups are amazing. It brings the whole team together on what's going on, how we can help each other, and what's in the pipeline.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved getting to meet the team after completing code challenges to know if I was a good fit; on top of that while meeting the team, getting a code review from them was super helpful!
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly it's my team. They are all fun to be around, as well as serious and quiet while working. It's great to know that I can get work done "at work", while still being friends with my colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Before getting hired during my interview with the team I already felt like I knew everyone at Skipio. Everyone is so quick to be kind, to welcome, and get to know you. I feel very comfortable and safe working with everyone here. I am so grateful to be part of a company that cares for the team!
