Mr. Anthony J. Morris, also known as Tony, has been the Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Sun National Bank since November 03, 2014. Mr. Katsoulis served as a Consultant of Sun National Bank from July 2014 to November 12, 2014. He served as a consultant at Sun National Bank. Mr. Katsoulis served as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Atlantic Bank and led the development of its highly profitable loan portfolio and oversaw the origination of several billion dollars in new facilities and relationships. He has over twenty years of commercial lending and banking experience. He began his banking career at Chemical Bank, where he was Credit Trained. He served as a Director of State Bank of Long Island since July 30, 2007. He served as a Director of State Bancorp Inc. since July 30, 2007. He is a Real Estate Investor. Mr. Katsoulis holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Columbia University.

Mr. Thomas R. Brugger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Sun Bancorp Inc. and Sun National Bank since November 2012. Mr. Brugger served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Customers 1st Bancorp, Inc. from April 2010 to October 19, 2012 and the Chief Financial Officer of Customers Bank from September 2009 to October 19, 2012. Mr. Brugger served as Executive Vice President of New Century Bank and its Chief Financial Officer since September 2009. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Customers BanCorp. Inc and Customers Bank. He was employed by Sovereign Bank for 15 years in the roles of Corporate Treasurer, Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager. At Sovereign Bank, Mr. Brugger had been responsible for investment portfolio management, wholesale funding, liquidity, regulatory and economic capital, securitization, interest rate risk, business unit profitability, budgeting and treasury operations. Prior to joining Sovereign Bank in 1994, he worked in the treasury department and internal audit at Independence Bancorp. He sits on the Advisory Board for Penn State Outreach, a community service organization. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA.

Ms. Patricia M. Schaubeck, also known as Pat, Esq. has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Sun Bancorp, Inc. and Sun National Bank since September 2014 and serves as its Chief Legal Officer. Ms. Schaubeck served as an Executive Vice President of Suffolk Bancorp and its subsidiary The Suffolk County National Bank of Riverhead Inc. since June 26, 2013. She served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Suffolk BanCorp. and The Suffolk County National Bank of Riverhead since June 19, 2012. She served as Senior Vice President of Suffolk BanCorp. and The Suffolk County National Bank of Riverhead from June 19, 2012 to June 26, 2013. She served as General Counsel of State BanCorp. Inc. and its subsidiary State Bank of Long Island from June 2007 to 2012. Prior to State Bank of Long Island, she served as an Associate at Ruskin Moscou Faltischeck, P.C since 2001, where she represented financial institutions and real estate clients. She has an extensive background in banking and real estate law and has advised clients on matters of bank regulatory compliance. She was associated with White & Case, LLP and other New York City law firms as well as served in various capacities with New York Bancorp, Inc. From 1999 to 2001, she served as Associate General Counsel at Haven Bancorp, Inc. She practiced law with the Long Island firm of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., where she represented financial institutions and real estate clients from 2001 to May 2007. She has practiced at several prominent law firms, representing financial institutions and real estate clients in a variety of corporate, regulatory, banking and securities issues. She began her professional career as an examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in their Philadelphia offices. She is a member of the Legal Advisory Board of the Long Island Alzheimer's Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mary Louis Academy, a private girls' high school in Queens, NY. She has lectured and published articles on various real estate and mortgage loan related topics. Ms. Schaubeck received her J.D. and MBA in Public Accounting from St. John's University and her BBA from Bernard M. Baruch College.
