Communication, expectations and promotion are all lacking.
Do not recommend, a lot of turnover, not enough people to complete tasks.
This company is controlling. I worked in the Speaker Bureau department under Cadent Medical Communications and their leadership team is very unorganized and don’t communicate well. The managers are controlling and talk horribly and unprofessionally about employees to other employee
