This company is controlling. I worked in the Speaker Bureau department under Cadent Medical Communications and their leadership team is very unorganized and don’t communicate well. The managers are controlling and talk horribly and unprofessionally about employees to other employee

No recognition, no career path

We raised an HR complaint about our manager and nothing was done. They let her keep her role and shs continued to talk badly about her employees and try to control them. Leadership needs to listen to their employees and help them.

The promotion system is flawed. Communication is shabby.
