How employees describe working at The Knot Worldwide
Frustrating; with leadership this company could have great opportunity but there is not leadership and the culture of those who have been here forever and refuse to train have hand cuffed any chance to turn this around
Overall my experience at the company has been a breath of fresh air from coming from a very competitive corporate environment. However, after a few years, I am beginning to feel stuck because I do not see much opportunity for career advancement.
I have been with TKWW for about 4.5 years. In this time I have held several positions, each with it's own pros and cons. In the past year the quality of leadership has declined, and the workload has increased for the entire local revenue department without major changes to team size.
I have learned more at TKWW than I have at all my other work experiences combined.
I wa very happy to work here but in last year happen thinghs I don't appreciate because the company didn't recognize my abilities and my passion for this work
