Overall my experience at the company has been a breath of fresh air from coming from a very competitive corporate environment. However, after a few years, I am beginning to feel stuck because I do not see much opportunity for career advancement.

I have been with TKWW for about 4.5 years. In this time I have held several positions, each with it's own pros and cons. In the past year the quality of leadership has declined, and the workload has increased for the entire local revenue department without major changes to team size.
