Review from Technology and Product Dept
It's early still to say something but the goals are clear, the tech stack as well as there is plenty of doc for process and in terms of organization and onboarding it's easy and clear to understand. Will see how it unfolds in the future but happy so far with the team and manager :)
Review from Technology and Product Dept
They seem very approachable and care about their employees.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Autonomy to make my own decisions.
Review from Admin Dept
Our regular/recurring "all hands" meetings are consistently scheduled and very transparent. We are kept informed of larger initiatives and the state of the company. Employees are treated like "real people" throughout all levels of leadership.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
Very personable, take a lot of time to communicate with the wider team and talk a lot about the value of the people at the company
Review from Sales Dept
Strategic thought leadership. Prioritization. Holding all teams equally accountable. Building a product that works and drives value. Having words match actions.
Review from Sales Dept
Focus and alignment, better prioritization (doing fewer things better) and alignment among the departments. Better communication (where better = timely & transparent) when high visibility leaders depart the business. I am also not sure recent dismissals have been done in good faith.
Review from Admin Dept
The communication could be better as well as feedback.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Be more transparent about compensation. This year it was changed from annual to based on performance which is fine, but we were never notified of this change.
Review from Customer Success Dept
We as a company really need to make more mature decisions based on on the experience of various SMEs, instead of coming up with ideas in silos and unleashing them on implementation teams half formed and not thought out.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
the base salary with no variables, but having side benefits that compliment health and flexibility wise.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
My compensation package is spot-on for my role. The benefits the company gives are far beyond what I've encountered at other companies. The benefits are flexible to appeal to a wide range of people, but at their heart are geared towards truly taking care of the employees.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
The parental and maternity benefits are pretty good!
Review from Admin Dept
Not everyone receives an annual bonus but for the ones that do, the bonus is nice
Review from Technology and Product Dept
Bonus incentives to exceed quota
Review from Sales Dept
I didn't receive any conversation about why I received the raise I did. I don't think it's very fair. The compensation for bonus has depleted over the year and we don't receive incentives like we used to. We don't have team outings. The environment isn't very motivational.
Review from Admin Dept
The pay is quite low. Also, the health insurance offered is not great
Review from Sales Dept
My compensation, at the moment, is below market value.
Review from Marketing Dept
It's very difficult to progress in my career here, progressing would make me feel valuable and like all my hard work is acknowledged and appreciated.
Review from Marketing Dept
Paying me market rate. Not doing things like switching benefits plan year to align with calendar year at the detriment of employees who will need to meet the same deductibles and OOP maxs for the stub period as for 12 month period. More substantive 401k match.
Review from Sales Dept
We win together and do our best
Review from Operations Dept
the technical level and amount of people and systems / stack managed.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
I love my team! They're fantastic and super hard working. Everyone truly wants to make the company a better place. We're all very supportive of each other. I feel very appreciative to them for always having my back and providing extra coverage when I need it.
Review from Customer Success Dept
My team is very close-knit. We are part of a broader team, which is itself part of a broader team. My core (every day) team has autonomy over how we work and we influence what we work on. Our culture fosters relationships where we can provide feedback, challenge each other, and learn from each other
Review from Technology and Product Dept
Friendly, funny, dedicated, knowledgeable and caring
Review from Sales Dept
Coworkers need to start asking leadership for help.
Review from Admin Dept
Coworkers need to do their jobs.
Review from Sales Dept
My dept is full of "clicks" and have a very negative attitude all the time. I keep my head down, do my work and avoid the rumors and chatter they enjoy having that is negative about others and the company.
Review from Customer Success Dept
We need more team building activities. I feel virtually, there is no real connection between co-workes that fosters relationships and it is all work between our team.
Review from Admin Dept
Everybody is burnt out and feels undervalued. This needs to be the first thing to change.
Review from Sales Dept
It was the remote work but now they wanna change to hibrid....
Review from Operations Dept
very friendly, young people with lots of ideas and energy to bring change and growth to TKWW
Review from Technology and Product Dept
PTO - However our department has made special guidelines around this, making it difficult to take time off.
Review from Admin Dept
This company truly cares about its people. It feels like we are all "in this together" - that everyone is constantly learning and striving to achieve our goals. There is a sense of learning together, not a "you needed to know how to do this already". The culture is professional, fun, and kind.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
Work / life balance is truly valued, and there is a ton of flexibility and compassion.
Review from Sales Dept
Make choices vs just committing to doing everything. Hold all teams equally accountable. Have a strategy vs just making st decisions based on what the board said.
Review from Sales Dept
Fair, equitable pay for tenured employees, especially in comparison to new hires
Review from Marketing Dept
Hierarchy is still something very detrimental to workers. -The work must be well distributed - Teamwork should be rewarded. - Those who do not know how to work as a team must be eliminated -The salary must be up to the level of commitment to the company, users and colleagues. - Going beyond working
Review from Admin Dept
Real application of company's mission and values.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
A shift to make culture focus more equitable now that most of the workforce is operating remotely and with a leaner teams. There is no longer time to attend a guided meditation, instead pay WFH stipends and observe more holidays so people are FORCED to disconnect.
Review from Marketing Dept
During the process you will probably have interviews with some of the team you will be working with and you can get an idea of whether you feel comfortable or not, also, the recruitment team is open and they make you feel comfortable.
value the candidate's experience during the process
Review from Operations Dept
It was virtual LOL. I didn't have to wear real pants. =) That said, it was very positive... and reflective of what the job would actually be like.
Review from Sales Dept
naturalness and conversation without hierarchies
Review from Sales Dept
I liked how much feedback and communication I received throughout the hiring process.

Flexibility, remote work, I really have a voice
Review from Operations Dept
the possibility to learn from top senior figures and expertise on DS.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
I enjoy my job and my coworkers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I have a very fun and competent team to work with. We are very professional and also use a lot of emoji. :) I love having autonomy to work the way I work best and the freedom to work with my team to keep our processes and standards up to date and change them as needed. No drama, just get stuff done.
Review from Technology and Product Dept
The people and the new challenges that arise
Review from Sales Dept
Better communication, leadership stepping up to the plate, better incentive, bring back bonuses, and increase pay.
Review from Admin Dept
Financial performance. Product performance. Reputation. Misalignment. Get new exec leadership.
Review from Sales Dept
a lot -- inability to make quick, risky decisions in a time when customer sentiment is low and competitors are increasing their budgets
Review from Marketing Dept
The company currently has a really bad reputation for our consumers a.k.a. vendors so it's tough as an account manager because eight out of 10 calls is someone being upset, yelling at you or say negative things. and you cant do anything about how a company treats their vendors ( policies, rates etc)
Review from Sales Dept
I feel undervalued, do not think management makes it clear how to show the organization you're a vital member and deserve raises/promotions. I do not think there is room for growth at this company in my current position.
