So far, my experience has been mostly positive. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with the workload, but my manager is very patient and understanding. I try my best every day to live up to the company's expectations and be a great friend and employee.

I have learned and gained invaluable knowledge and experience to set me up for a bright future. This is the best job I've ever had. Whether my future is here or not is unclear. I would love to give more to the company, but I've been in the same position since I first started working here.

Everyone seems genuinely nice, friendly, and mature but still fun.

Our office has not opened yet so I'm not sure yet.

When I feel recognised for my work and dedication. When my tasks for the day are ones I enjoy.

The cause we all work towards creates a nice environment - helping vendors put their best foot forward and helping people celebrate life events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's very difficult to progress in my career here, progressing would make me feel valuable and like all my hard work is acknowledged and appreciated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are positive, uplifting, friendly, and informative. They make me feel comfortable to come to them about any issues I'm having, and help me find solutions.
