What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the individual. understanding that people are the greatest resource. Don't EVER lose that. it is one of the best things about working for TKWW

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DE&I focus is amazing, but still have a long way to go in putting it into practice and having more representation of POC, but I believe commitment is there to make progress
