My experience was unique due to the position and the division being new (registry). I felt like I was floundering for a good part of the first year, not knowing what I really was supposed to be doing. I am still not doing the work of the job description. I wonder what the path forward is long term

What did you like most about the interview process?
It didnt take long to wait for a decision to be made. The Knot was highly communicative. You knew where they were at in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the individual. understanding that people are the greatest resource. Don't EVER lose that. it is one of the best things about working for TKWW

The two things from the compensation package that will keep me at The Knot is 1. no monthly premium for high deductible medial plans. 2. Unlimited PTO
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are trusted to get the job done. The company has this overall appreciation for the human factor. I love that we are people and not a number...so many times you are a number with large companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate core team has 4 people including me. We have a solid working relationship, great communication flow, and EVERYONE does their part...they are take charge people that jump in and get the job done when they see a need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I came from a very strict and regulated workplace. The things I value the most about The Knot leadership is flexibility, their care and concern for the employee (the human factor), and vision into how work should be performed in the future.
