I feel like comparatively, we do not make enough money. The cost of living has tremendously increased over the last couple of years, and a 2-3% raise is absolutely not sufficient.

Even though we're caught up answering customers on their orders, management keeps pushing and pushing us. No one has time to take the Udemy classes we have access to, or have a casual conversation to get to know each other. I was even yelled at for talking to coworkers about work.
